CREAMY SPINACH WITH WALNUTS



1 (16 ounce) package frozen leaf spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 tbs. reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
1/4 chopped walnuts

Cook spinach according to directions. Drain in strainer and squeeze out excess moisture. In skillet sprayed with Pam, cook and stir mushrooms until they are tender. Drain. Reduce heat to low, add spinach and cream cheese and cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts. Season to taste with salt an pepper. Top each serving with 2 tsp. chopped walnuts.
