SESAME SEED DRESSING



1 tbs. sesame seeds
2 tbs. canola, peanut or olive oil
2 tbs. white wine or rice vinegar
1 tbs. lite (reduced sodium) soy sauce

In dry skillet over medium heat, cook and stir sesame seeds until they turn light brown. Stir to avid burning. In a jar with lid, combine ingredients. Shake well to blend.  Shake again before serving.
7 servings; less than l carb
