APPLE MUSTARD PORK STEAKS



1 pound pork shoulder steaks (2 steaks)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbs. Splenda
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard

Place your pork steak on a plate with a rim. Mix together everything else, and pour it over the steaks. Turn the steaks once or twice to coat, then let them sit for 30 minutes.  Grill over med heat 10 minutes per side, basting several times with the marinade.
