CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS


1/4 cup plus 3 tbs. Bisquick mix(click here for low carb recipe)
1/4 tsp. crushed dried thyme
2(14 ounce) cans Swanson low sodium chicken broth
2 cups cooked cubed chicken breasts

Stir baking mix and 3 tbs. water to make soft dough. Add small amount baking mix if dough is too sticky. Add thyme and pinch of pepper to taste.
  In medium saucepan over high heat combine broth and chicken and heat until mixture bowls. Drop dumpling mixture by tablespoons into boiling both.
  Reduce heat to medium(slow boil) and cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cover and continue cooking 10 more minutes. Serve immediately
