4 INGREDIENT MAIN DISH: NO BEANS CHILI(click here to print)

NO BEANS CHILI



1 onion, finely chopped
1 (l pound) package lean ground beef (or ground chuck)
1 (10 ounce) can mild diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 (1.25 ) packet reduced sodium taco seasoning (make your own)

Spray skillet with Pam. Over medium heat, cook and stir onion until tender. Do not brown. Remove and set aside. In same skillet, cook and stir ground beef until its brown. Drain fat from beef. Stir in tomatoes and taco seasoning and 1 to 2 cups water. Simmer about 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Note:  serve over spaghetti squash.
