STRAWBERRY POPS
Ingredient List and Amount used: 1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sour cream
1 cup softened cream cheese3 packets sugar free strawberry jello
1/2 cup of boiling water
10-12 medium sized Strawberries diced
Recipe instructions: Dissolve the SF jello into the 1/2 cup of boiling water and set aside to cool (important). Whip the sour cream, heavy cream, cream cheese until light and fluffy. When the jello mix is cool with the beaters running drizzle it in and mix whip well. Stir in the strawberries and place the mix into 3oz plastic bathroom cups, insert a plastic spoon in the top. Place in the freezer until set then transfer to a ziplock bag to avoid freezer burning them.
General Comments : Add in some pecan or walnuts for an added treat.
