Ingredient List and Amount used:
3/4 cup of Almond Meal
1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
3 tabs of butter
Recipe instructions: Combine the Almond Flour and ground flaxseed together and mix well. Separate into two equal amounts, this represents 2 servings. Boil 1 cup of water with 3 tabs of butter and some salt. Slowly stir in the almond flour flaxseed mix (2 servings) amount and simmer until desired thickness.
General Comments : Add in some pecans, walnuts to the boiling water to add some variety.
