SAUCES: CHEESE SAUCE(click here to print)

Cheese Sauce
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, diced
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
In top of a double boiler combine all ingredients. simmer slowly over hot water, stirring constantly until smooth. 18 tablespoons. 0.7 g. carbs
