APPETIZER: SPINACH DIP(click here to print)

Spinach Dip
3 cups frozen cut leaf spinach
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, finely chopped
2 tbs. chopped green onions
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix (knorrs)...
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Cook spinach as directed on package, drain well. In medium bowl, combine spinach and all remaining ingredients. mix well. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Serve with celery sticks, slices of cucumbers, sliced green and red bell peppers, raw cauliflower. Makes 3 cups; 4.g
