Mock Spaghetti
1 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce can) tomato sauce...
1 (16 ounce can) Italian plum tomatoes
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp.oregano
1 tbs. chopped parsley
oil spray
1 pound fresh bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
1 pound ground chuck
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce can) tomato sauce...
1 (16 ounce can) Italian plum tomatoes

oil spray
1 pound fresh bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
Wipe mushrooms with a clean, damp cloth. Slice and set aside. Brown meat in a large skillet over medium high heat. Pour off fat and add mushrooms and onion. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except bean sprouts. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until sauce thickens. Lightly spray large skillet with oil spray, add bean spouts, cover an cook over medium high heat just until tender-crisp. Serve meat sauce over the hot sprouts. Serves 6; 17 g. carbs.
