SALAD DRESSINGS: PARMESAN CAESAR DRESSING(click here to print)



Dr. Atkins Parmesan Caesar Dressing
4 tbs. tarragon vinegar
2 tbs. olive oil
6 tbs. sunflower oil
1 tsp. lemon juice...
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoning salt(like Lawrys)
1/2 packet Splenda or Stevia
1 egg, beaten until frothy

Place all ingredients in a screw top jar. shake well. Refrigerate. 14 tablespoons; 0.5 g. carbs per tbs.
