BREAD MACHINE SEED BREAD
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbs. oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup oat fiber
1/3 cup ground almonds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds, coarsely chopped
2 tbs. flaxseed
1/2 tsp. blackstrap molasses (I use Torani sugar free gingerbread syrup for less carbs)
1 tsp. Splenda
2 tsp. yeast
Set machine at 1 pound loaf and for white bread. Put the ingredients in your bread machine in the order given, and run the machine. Remove the loaf from the machine and bread case promptly to cool.
About 10 slices, each with 6 grams of net carbs
