ALSO CALLED MUFFIN IN A MUG
1/8 cup ground flax seed
1/8 cup almond flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Splenda
1/4 cup chopped almonds or pecans
1/2 tbs. coconut oil, melted
1 egg slightly beaten
1 Put coconut oil in mug and microwave for about 15 seconds, just until it melts.
2 Add all dry ingredients and nuts and stir with a fork until combined.
3 Add egg and stir until completely incorporated.
4 Microwave on full power for one minute.
5 Invert onto plate and serve with butter or cream cheese, ENJOY! 6 carbs *www.food.com*
