LOW CARB SMOOTHIES: GREEN(click here to print)

1/2 cup raw baby spinach or combination of kale, celery, parsley and spinach

6 ounces plain Greek yogurt
2/3 cup of diet 7 up, or diet crystal lite drink
spenda to taste

blend all in a power blender TIP: add 3 ice cubes before blending if you like it cold.
52 calories; 10 carbs; 7 carbs if omitting yogurt
