BEER CAN BURGERS

- Onions
- Peppers
- Mushrooms
- Ground beef
- Canned beer
- Bacon
- Shredded cheese
- Barbecue sauce (sugar free: found at wal-mart)
- Grill onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
- Shape ground beef into balls slightly larger than a beer can’s base.
- Place the can on top of the beef ball and press down.
- Fold the beef up around the lower half of the can.
- Wrap the beef in a slice of bacon.
- Remove the can.
- Fill the beef cup with grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms, as well as shredded cheese.
- Brush barbecue sauce onto the bacon.
- Grill on medium heat for one hour.
Tip: you can use a soda can instead of the beer can
