COCONUT AND ALMOND CHOCOLATE CANDY
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 oz 85% dark chocolate
- 3 tbsps coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 30 drops liquid sweetener
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 oz shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions
- Double boil butter and chocolate.
- After they have melted add remaining ingredients.
- Drop 2 teaspoons in mini paper cups and freeze.
- Note: try a sprinkle of coarse salt on top before freezing.
