BREAKFAST: LOW CARB CHOCOLATE PANCAKES
4 large eggs
4 oz of soft cream cheese (softened)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoon sugar free sweetener
2 tablespoons almond flour (I use honeyville farm)
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (I use hersey)
1/4 cups of liquid sweetner-I use davinci syrup
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Method:
In a magic bullet or blender, blend all the ingredients together. Let the mixture rest for a couple of minutes. Heat the griddle and make the pancakes (heat for 1 minute each side). Serve hot.
