Cream Of Tartar, 0.25 tsp
Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1/3 Cup
Stevia in the Raw, 1/2 tsp
Sea salt 1/4 tsp
Tips
Can use cream cheese in place of ricotta, and almond meal rather than flax meal, if desired...not much different in counts.
Can flavor differently with onion powder, parmesan cheese, cinnamon with more stevia...the sky is the limit with these.

Directions
Preheat oven to 300 F degree
carefully separate eggs into different bowls
mix yolks with flax, ricotta, salt, and stevia
With clean beaters whip egg whites with cream of tartar until very STIFF.
Carefully fold the stiff egg whites into the yolk
mixture
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Put about 1/3 cup in mounds and then flatten with the back of a spoon.For more uniform shape, purchase a hamburger bun pan.(click here to purchase hamburger bun baking pan)
Cook for 30 minutes in 300 degree oven
