KETO: FRIED PUMPKIN SEEDS

Ingredient List and Amount used: Pumpkin Seeds
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
paprika
worcestershire sauce
Red pepper if your brave
Butter
Recipe instructions: Melet enough butter to cover the bottom of the skillet your using then add your pumpkin seeds. On medium heat stir until all of the seeds are well coated. Add in your spices and a few drops of worcestershire sauce. Keep frying until all standing liquid is dry and the seeds begin to brown.
General Comments : These were really good. You can also just use seasoning salt in place of all of the others listed. I didn't work out the nutrients as it is hard to tell what a serving size would be for everyone. Pumpkin seeds are pretty low carb items though.
