KETOGENIC DIET: TACO PORK(click here to print)

SHREDDED TACO PORK



Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 9 hours
Yield: 10 Servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 4 lb pork roast (also called pork butt, pork shoulder, or pork shoulder roast)
  • 1/4 cup grass-fed butter
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
Instructions
  1. Heat slow cooker on low setting.
  2. To the slow cooker, add chicken stock, pork roast, butter and taco seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.   Shred with a fork while still warm,   Serve over zoodles or spaghetti noodles, or wrap in a lettuce wrap with sour cream and salsa
