LOW CARB VEGGIE PIZZA



Make a double  recipe of Oosie bread http://generositiesoftheheart.blogspot.com/2014/08/breads-oopsie-bread.html) spread on greased parchment paper placed on a round 12 inch or 16 inch pizza pan.  Sprinkle on parmesan cheese.  Bake and let cool completely.  Mix some softened cream cheese with some sour cream.  Spread on crust.  Add your favorite toppings.   Mine would be fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, broccoli,  baby kale, shredded cheddar cheese and fresh mushrooms, shredded onions  Chill in fridge 2 hours before serving.  5 carbs(depending on toppings used)
