APPETIZERS: STUFFED ORGANIC JALAPENO POPPERS(click here to print)


STUFFED JALAPENO POPPERS
 Seeded jalapeno peppers
(1) 4 to 8 ounces of softened cream cheese (depending on the number  of peppers used)
1/2 to 1 cup of cheddar cheese(depending on the number of peppers used)
2 cups of hickory smoked bacon, fried, and chopped into small pieces

Mix all ingredients together well.

Place under broiler until cheese melts.  Serve hot.
