4 INGREDIENT VEGETABLE: CABBAGE STIR-FRY

CABBAGE STIR-FRY




1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 to 2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small head green cabbage, shredded
1 tbs. lite (reduced sodium) soy sauce

In a sprayed with Pam non-stick skillet on medium heat, cook and stir onion and garlic 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Add shredded cabbage, soy sauce and 1 tbs. water. Cook until cabbage is crisp-tender. Serve.  6 to 8 servings; 5 net carbs
