LOW CARB SMOOTHIES--STRAWBERRY & YOGURT(click here to print)






Strawberry and Yogurt Smoothie

4 strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup low full fat Greek-style yogurt 
6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into a glass and garnish with a strawberry.
