4 INGREDIENT DRESSING: TANGY BASIL(click here to print)

TANGY BASIL


1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup  olive oil
1 tsp. crushed dried basil
In small saucepan over medium heat, heat vinegar and Splenda until it dissolves. Remove from heat.
Add oil, basil, and 1/2 tsp. salt and mix well. Mix again before serving
Variation: Substitute dried dillweed for basil
12 servings; less than 1 carb
