CREAMY COLESLAW




8 cups very finely chopped cabbage
1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
6 tbs. mayonnaise
6 tbs. sour cream
1/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup Splenda granular
2 tbs. vinegar
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. bottled horseradish
1/4 tsp salt

Place cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Set aside. Whisk together remaining ingredients and toss with cabbage. Chill for 2 hours for flavors to mix.

8 servings; 6 net carbs
